  23. It used to be that a person could steal a carbon and find a house
  24. that no one was occupying during the day, stick up a 'Please
  25. leave package' note, and your package would be there the next day
  26. via overnight delivery.

  29. This, of course no longer works almost at ALL anymore unless your
  30. in a relatively unpopulated state. And, you'll need a lot more
  31. information than a carbon can give you to even get it mailed. I
  32. have outlined a step by step carding method that HAS WORKED for
  33. me and has ALWAYS gotten stuff through to the drop every attempt.
  34. I will go through each step THOROUGHLY as if you were a COMPLETE
  35. beginner to carding just in case you ARE.

  40. 1........Gathering Card Information
  41.  
  42. The first step is getting credit card #'s. The BEST way I have
  43. found to do this is to use CBI. You will need to get the
  44. following info from CBI:
  45.  
  46.      Credit card #
  47.      Name of bank
  48.      Social Security #
  49.      Address 
  50.      FULL name
  51.  
  52. After you get that information from CBI, it is neccessary to call
  53. information and get the persons REAL phone #. This will NOT be
  54. used, but you'll need it just in case, I'll explain later.
  55.  
  56. 2........Setting up
  57.  
  58. The setup part is fairly easy, and this involves a slight change
  59. from past methods of carding. As a 'Phone number you can be
  60. reached at', You must provide a Direct Dial VMB. So a Direct Dial
  61. VMB which will pick up with YOUR greeting is a must. This will
  62. impersonate a home answering machine.
  63. Change the greetin to "Hello, I can not answer your call...."
  64. etc.

  66. Last of all, Have ALL information ACCESSABLE and EASY to find.

  68. Tips:
  69.  
  70.        - Run the card through a CC Checker for $1 if you got the
  71. CC from CBI.

  73.          Example: 800-554-2265  Bank    : 1067 #

  82.        - DON'T use American Express, they always call the owner's
  83.          number EVEN if you tell them your not at home!

  86. 3........Ordering
  87.  
  88. This is when you actually PLACE the call. You MUST stay calm and
  89. relax. Tell them what you want to order, the key is to pretend
  90. like the person with the card is YOU. Play actor, ASK about
  91. prices FIRST, and DON'T overdo it from one place. Example: Just
  92. order a loaded 486 with a 200 Mb hard drive, DON'T go and say
  93. "Yeah, can I have a gig on that?"

  95. Then, just order!

  98. When it comes to credit card time, remember these:
  99.  
  100.  - Do NOT order it OVERNIGHT, Send it 3rd day or something, I
  101. used the same VMB for 2 months before the police got around to
  102. shutting it down. Overnight delivery is a flag for them now.
  103.  
  104.  - If they ask for "the number on the back of the card" or "The
  105. issuing bank" (If CBI didn't give you the issuing bank, or you
  106. didn't know what the initials were)
  107.  
  108.    say: "Well, I'm not looking at my card right now." If you need
  109. to, use phrases like:
  110.  
  111.         "My card is in my wallet in the car, I REALLY don't have
  112. time to go dig it out right now. IS THIS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM!?"
  113.  
  114.          They HATE that phrase and I usually get a turnaround of
  115. 80% saying, no sir, never mind. The Key is, ACT LIKE YOU HAVE
  116. A DATE IN 25 MINUTES DOWNTOWN, in other words, act rushed
  117. and pissed off. MOST BUSINESSMEN ARE, Don't kiss their asses
  118. because businessmen don't!!

  120.  - Your VMB is your ANSWERING MACHINE, if they catch the
  121. difference in area code of VMB and Billing address, tell them its
  122. your summer house or relatives house, but DON'T BRING IT UP.
  123.  
  124.  - If they ask for # at Billing address, give them the REAL #,
  125. they will check with Information only, but be sure to emphasize
  126. that the number you gave them for the billing address is NOT the
  127. number your at! Make SURE you say you can be contacted at the VMB
  128. number for the next week or so.

  130.  - If they tell you they can't ship to a different address than
  131. the billing address, stand FIRM, say "Is there ANY way I can
  132. change this? Can you call my bank or something?!!?" Sound
  133. ANNOYED, DON'T give up and in about 40% of my calls, the person
  134. changed their mind.

  136.  - Do NOT check your VMB every 10 minutes, that looks weird.

  138.  - DO NOT even TRY to get HST's, those are flagged UP the BUTT,
  139. and I'd  GUESS that soundblasters will be soon.
  140.  
  141.  - Tell them you NEED the stuff delivered on X day, and INSIST,
  142.    KEEP insisting! Make SURE. Tell them, "I need to do work on
  143.    XX and I want the machine then"
  144.  
  145.  - If you are sending a LOT of machines etc. to ONE drop, Make
  146. the package ATTENIONED to John Smith or whoever, have ALL the
  147. packages addressed to the same person. Tell them your sendin it
  148. to a business associate, relative, wife, whatever. We don't need
  149. the stuff flagged down at Fed Ex.

  151. The key phrase is "I really don't have time for this"
  152.  
  153. And remember: YOUR the CUSTOMER, they don't know you AREN'T the
  154. card holder, for christ sake, ACT LIKE IT!! DON'T take second
  155. rate service!!

  158. 4........Drops
  159.  
  160. The drop is very important nowadays, you can NOT just leave a
  161. note, so don't even bother.

  163. 4 methode

  166. 1. Vacant House Method
  167.  
  168. Put blankets up on windows in house and sit in and sign for
  169. packages. This method, works, and there are no future problems.
  170. FUTURE problems, they MAY not beleive you live there etc. so this
  171. method is a BIT risky
  172.  
  173. 2. Freind's house - Robbed method
  174.  
  175. Tell a freind to sign at HIS house, then call the police at
  176. 6.00pm and say "I JUST came home and my door was ajar and some
  177. lights were on, I Don't think anything was stolen, but what
  178. should I do?"
  179.  
  180. Make sure ALL stuff is cleared out and its safer if the person
  181. doesn't even have a computer. When the police come by asking
  182. about packages on X day, bring up your break in. To be safer,
  183. send something one day late and refuse to sign for it and bring
  184. it up to the police.

  186. 3. Freind's house - Vacant method
  187.  
  188. Sign for the stuff at a freind's house, GET IT OUT, and when the
  189. police come say " I was on vacation for 3 weeks, I don't know
  190. ANYTHING about packages" There's NOTHING they can do, and your
  191. set.

  194. The advantages to the last 2 methods are:

  196. You won't get bored if nothing comes
  197. You won't get caught breaking & Entering
  198. You won't get caught by Fed ex guy and not get stuff

  201. I have done #2 AND #3 with success, so it CAN be done.

  203. Extra tip: Try US Mail, they haven't caught on yet to the drop
  204. deal!
